All personal data held by me will be protected under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR).

I need to request and store your details in order to administer and deliver the service you have requested, and to comply with any legal or professional body responsibilities that ensue in the delivery of that service. I will use your personal data to make contact with you, to record the relevant personal contact details you give consent for me to hold.  I store your personal contact details in a paper file in a locked cabinet. The personal information stored is as given to me on initial contact, and updated as and when you inform me of any changes. No longer than three years after our last contact, I destroy paper records by shredding.

I will only share your personal information if during my contact time with you I become aware of either a safeguarding issue or a legal requirement to share information with the relevant authorities.
